To ensure convenience, we provide a free return label for eligible orders. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund deducting only the shipping cost.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Standard Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@vapehubuk.store.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue a full refund with no shipping deduction. - After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it after delivery. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue your refund minus the shipping cost.
